First Day of School Procedures
Our first day of school is Tuesday, September 7th. Typically, parents are allowed to bring their students directly into the classroom. In keeping with our Covid protocols, we need to limit the number of people in the building. We are asking that our 2nd through 8th grade students be dropped off on the playground no earlier than 8:10am using our traditional drop-off procedures. (Entering from Second Ave. W., students exiting the cars on the passenger side, with cars proceeding to exit on First Ave. SW.) Staff will monitor students as they play on the playground until school starts, at which time their teacher will meet them to bring them to their classroom.
PreK, Kindergarten and first grade parents are allowed to enter the classroom to drop off their child. PreK and Kindergarten students will enter through the classroom doors on Lee St. and first graders will enter through the main school doors. All must wear masks and we ask you to settle and say good-bye to your child as quickly as possible to allow for distancing.
Please use the church parking lot or area street parking. The playground will not be available for parking.
If you have a 2nd-8th graders who is new to St. Anne, please come to the main office between 8:10am and 8:20am with your child and we will direct you to his/her new classroom to meet the teacher.
