If you did not have a chance to attend either State of the Union presentations, the re-enrollment packets can be picked up in the office. Re-enrollment paperwork is due on Thursday February 13. The re-enrollment fee of $275 will be billed through your FACTS account. If paperwork is turned in after February 13 the re-enrollment fee is $350.
