Get those dancin’ shoes ready – Footloose Auction week is here! Lots going on over the next few days leading up to the Friday Family Night 5/5 and Saturday Adult Dinner & Auction 5/6. Below is a general Auction Week Schedule, but be sure to watch your school Gmail account for daily auction news, updates and details.
Monday, May 1st
*Auction Door Contest Winners Announced at Prayer Assembly.
*Footloose swag sold after school.
Tuesday, May 2nd
*Fri. & Sat. Silent Online Auctions Go Live @ 7pm. (Be sure to set AUTO BIDS so you don’t miss out on your fave items!)
Wednesday, May 3rd
*Decorations Committee starts setting up gym.
Thursday, May 4th
*Tent set up in PreK parking lot & decorations continue.
Friday, May 5th
*Auction Free Dress
*Decorations finalized, Fri. silent online auction tangible items & carnival set up.
*5-8pm Footloose Family Auction Night.
*7:15pm Fri. Silent Online Auction Closes (tangible items on display at event).
*8pm Clean up begins.
Saturday, May 6th
*Decorations finalized & dinner tables, Sat. online auction tangible items, and dessert dash set up.
*6pm Sat. Adult Dinner & Auction begins. Cocktail hour & light appetizers passed.
*7pm Sat. Silent Online Auction Closes (tangible items on display at event) & dinner/live auction begin.
*9:30-11:30pm After DJ Dance party.
