Empowering a New Century of Faith,
Learning & Service

Since 1923, St. Anne Parish School has been providing families with a quality Catholic education on the top of Queen Anne Hill. We educate our students in an environment rooted in our Catholic faith and dedicated to providing a multitude of academic programs to meet the diverse needs of all learners. One class per grade level gives students an opportunity to know one another well and build strong community and leadership skills through cross-grade activities.
We invite you to explore our website to learn more about our program.

Our Mission
The mission of St. Anne School, in partnership with parents and the parish family, is to provide a quality Catholic education that promotes educational excellence, fosters the living of Gospel values, builds Christian community and inspires compassionate service.
This motto is not only a written statement but more importantly a call to action lived out by our staff and administration.

Academic Excellence
At St. Anne, we strive to build a well balanced individual both in academics and in character. Our faculty and staff are dedicated to providing and nurturing the whole student in their journey to graduation; to build a lifelong learner and a globally aware individual. Our well balanced approach includes the value of personal talents and skills, the beauty in fostering positive social interactions, and the impact of being a responsible and thoughtful learner.
Catholic Identity
We are rooted in our Christ centered environment to help us grow in our faith. We lean into our patron saint, St. Anne, the mother of Mary, to lift our eyes towards hope, devotion, and love. Teachers, faculty, and parents collaborate to ensure our students experience the Lord’s grace in every moment of the day.

Thriving Community
The bond and relationships that St. Anne creates between teachers, staff, families, and students is undoubtedly special. Through our extra-curricular activities, family events, and various St. Anne traditions, we pride ourselves in our strong community. There is a place for all who enter our doors to experience the joy in faith, learning and growing together!

There have been so many beautiful moments happening throughout our school community this week. A highlight: our 3rd graders and their 6th grade buddies enjoying a special field trip to the breathtaking Kubota Garden. They explored the beautiful scenery, shared time with one another, and worked together to write poetry inspired by the natural beauty around them.
The buddy program is one of the many things that makes St. Anne School so special—building friendships, fostering mentorship, and creating memories that span grade levels.
What a wonderful world, and a beautiful way to close out another school year together.

We are especially grateful to our 8th grade families, many of whom have been part of the St. Anne family for so many years. While it’s never easy to say goodbye, we are filled with gratitude for all the time, talent and treasures you have brought to our community.

Weston and Ben McDonald traded their student roles for whistles and clipboards as our very own PE Teachers… for two days! They helped lead classes, organize activities, encourage their fellow students, and got a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to keep our Celtics moving. Thank you, Ben and Weston, for doing such a fantastic job and bringing so much excitement to the gym!
And thank you to our incredible St. Anne community for supporting auction experiences like this that create unforgettable memories while helping our school thrive.

We ended yesterday with Bump Up Day, as every class got to meet their teachers and see their classroom for the coming school year. But perhaps the sweetest moment of all… our soon-to-be graduates took a walk down memory lane as they returned to their kindergarten classroom. Watching our 8th graders sit in the tiny chairs, revisit familiar spaces, and reflect on how far they’ve come was a beautiful reminder of the journey they’ve shared at St. Anne.
Just a few short days remain until graduation, and the excitement is certainly building. Once a Celtic, always a Celtic!

This morning, on their last official day of school and in their St. Anne uniforms, the Class of 2026 gathered at Kerry Park for donuts, laughter, and a final walk to school together. Once a Celtic, always a Celtic. ☘️🎓

Our school was in very capable hands today as 3rd grader, Hugo Guenther, stepped into the role of Principal for the Day!
Hugo spent the day alongside Mr. Haffey, working from the principal’s office, making important decisions, and experiencing what it’s like to lead a school. His day included a special breakfast of hot chocolate and pastries at Cafe Vita, Big Max for lunch, extra recess for the whole school, and popsicles at dismissal! And a special bonus: he was able to have a special VP buddy accompany him all day.
Thank you, Principal Hugo, for an amazing day! You did a fabulous job leading the school with enthusiasm, spirit and kindness!
