Experience

I began working at St. Anne in 2002 as the fourth grade teacher. After one year in fourth grade, I moved to Kindergarten and taught there for four years. In 2007, I began my position as the K-5 Reading Resource teacher. I have been trained in Wired for Reading, Writers Workshop, Developmental Reading Assessment, Spalding, and Fundations.

Passions/Interests

My goal as an educator is to foster a love for learning in every student. I strive to make learning to read a positive experience, and value collaborating with teachers and parents. I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children, cooking, reading, running, and doing most anything related to the outdoors.
