Five Year Plan

In 2020, St. Anne launched a new Strategic Plan which included four pillars for growth – Catholic Identity, Programs, Technology and Resources. The work to create this plan took more than a year of input from all stakeholders through the form of town halls, surveys, school commission meetings, and consultation with outside experts.

The first goal of the Catholic Identity pillar sought to strengthen the parish-school faith community. Over the previous five years, the school and parish have sought to find more ways for our students and families to engage more fully in their faith lives. The second goal of the Catholic Identity pillar was aimed at addressing racism in our parish and school community through task force committees and offering training for the St. Anne community.

The goals of the Programs pillar were aimed at improving the student learning experience and addressing the needs of diverse learners. The school increased options of its middle school elective, started an after school program, created a toolkit for families and teachers to better meet the needs of diverse learners.

The school’s Technology pillar had the goal of creating a modern, innovative, and agile technology program. Since this goal was written, the school updated projectors and sound systems, purchased new iPads to be shared with 3rd and 4th grade and launched a 1:1 computer program with the 5th-8th grade.

In Resources, the school set out with the goal of creating a highly competitive engagement and compensation package for staff. Since then, the school has aggressively increased teacher salaries and created an endowment specifically designed to increase teacher pay. The second Resource pillar goal, exploring the feasibility of a capital campaign for campus-wide upgrades, was put on hold due to the launch of Partners in the Gospel.

During the 2025-2026 school year, St. Anne will be writing its next 5 Year Strategic Plan that will help our school continue to live out its mission of providing an excellent education that fosters Gospel values, builds community, and inspires service.
