In upper grades, the reading specialist will support in small groups, 1:1 intervention, and grade-level teacher needs.
Diverse Learners Approach
At St. Anne School, we meet the needs of diverse learners by providing targeted support in academic, social-emotional, behavioral, and executive functioning areas. Our teachers employ differentiated instruction and evidence-based strategies to foster academic growth for all students. The school counselor promotes social-emotional development through structured programs and strong relationships. Positive behavior supports and consistent classroom management create a safe and respectful learning environment. Teachers also assist students in developing executive functioning skills—such as organization, time management, and self-regulation—through deliberate instruction and daily routines. These coordinated efforts ensure that students are well prepared to thrive at St Anne School.
