INVITATIONS
Based on the CDC guidelines for events in phase 3, we are pleased to announce that we have moved ahead and applied for a permit to host an in-person outdoor auction on May 8th. If approved, we will be limited to 150 guests and tables of eight (or less). Our hope is to email invitations out the week after spring break. Only live auction items will be featured at the in-person event. All silent auction items will be included in the online auction the week prior to the event. We look forward to the possibility of celebrating with you in person and to supporting our students and St. Anne School!
SPONSORSHIP
We are still looking for businesses and families to help sponsor the 2021 auction? All levels include acknowledgement in all auction marketing materials (print & online) and in the school’s Annual Report and newsletter. Levels start at $250 and go up to $3,000 for our featured premier sponsor. To find out more visit the St. Anne auction site or contact Monica Flora in the auction office.
VOLUNTEERS
If you are interested in volunteering for the auction this year, please contact Monica Flora in the auction office to find out what jobs are available. There are no volunteer hour requirements this year but all volunteers can apply their hours to the 2021-22 school year.
