All families should have received the following forms from the office in their materials pick up bags:
- Technology Use By Student (PK-8 students)
- Student Acceptable Use Consent Form (PK-8 students)
- Parent/Guardian Acceptable Use Consent Form (one per family, distributed to youngest in family)
- Walking Field Trip Form (Only PK)
- Student Emergency Release Form (Only PK)
Please have the forms turned into the office no later than Friday September 11th. PK families please turn in your forms ASAP.
