Thank you to all who were able to attend the Town Hall on November 6th. One of the requests that was heard from that evening was to have transparency around the work of the Facility Task Force which was made up of a group of stakeholders involved with either the School, the Church or in many cases, the Parish at large. Each member of the task force brought with them expertise in specific areas related to the facility needs facing the Parish.
This group of 13 individuals set forth to create and recommend a campus-wide master plan that defines a short term (5 year) and long term (10 year) vision to the St Anne Parish leadership that was in alignment with the both the Parish and School’s Strategic Plans. Due to the departures of Ron and Fr. Tony, immediate next steps were temporarily placed on hold until new Parish leadership was onboarded and had an opportunity to review. As we kick off a new strategic plan development, the findings of this report will serve as a launching point to direct more detailed due diligence for the Facilities Task force including preliminary budget, resource, and timeline estimates.Again, we’d like to thank all of you who attended the Town Hall, your candor and honesty will help direct and shape the priorities of the School and Parish for the next 5-Years and beyond. Above all, we are excited and energized to take the next steps in planning and executing projects that support St. Anne School’s future Catholic Identity, Programs, Technology, and Resource needs.
