This fall, our student information system, PowerSchool, was updated, which required our technology coordinator and office staff to re-confirm each student’s demographic and contact information. At the same time, SwiftReach, our emergency notification system, also adopted a new version of their program. We want to make sure that we have the correct information for each of our families in case we need to contact you in the event of a schedule change or emergency.
With the winter months quickly approaching and the chance of inclement weather affecting our school schedule, we will be doing a test of the SwiftReach system at 7:00pm on Thursday, December 5th. At that time, parents should receive a voice message, text and e-mail indicating that we are conducting a test of the system. If you do not receive a voice message, e-mail and text, please contact the school office to verify your contact information.
