Math club 2019-2020 is coming!When: Fridays, 7:45-8:25, from September 27, 2019- April 10, 2020
Where: Science Lab
Who: 5th-8th grade students—(Up to 26 students)
Cost: $20
Coaches: Mrs. Nenninger and Mrs. Austin and parent volunteers
We plan to use the Math Olympiad & MathCounts materials for our work again this year. This will help us dig deep into complex problem solving, do individual work, do team work and participate in some math competitions (details to follow).
We joyfully welcome parent volunteers to assist. Let us know if you’re interested.
Please turn in your club fee with a “math club” memo and your student’s name as soon as possible to the school office; first come, first served. (As the year progresses, if you find yourself missing math club regularly, we will talk with you about opening that spot to another student.)
