Fulcrum Deadline For Tuition Assistance Application Jan 4th 2019

As a reminder the deadline for Fulcrum tuition assistance is due January 4.  Apply here via FACTS .

This means that the application and all supporting documentation, such as tax forms and W-2’s, must be submitted by end of day on January 4^th. No exceptions will be made for late applications.
