On Tuesday, November 19th, we held the Wired for Wellness presentation in partnership with Anchor Light Therapy Collective. Despite the heavy rain and wind that evening, over 75 parents from our K-8 community braved the storm to attend. Their strong turnout was even more appreciated.
Five therapists from Anchor Light shared insights on topics ranging from managing screen time to navigating social media challenges. Parents openly shared the difficulties they are facing, and also exchanged tips and tricks. Our St. Anne community once again demonstrated its strength and resilience.
If you were unable to attend, you can view the slide presentation. We’ve also included links to a few of the resources mentioned during the discussion.
Anchor Light Therapy Collective, located in Lower Queen Anne, is a group of 16 therapists supporting individuals, couples, children, and families through major life transitions and other common challenges.
